  2. Do you not get the list? Or my interest in the sport?

  3. Both but as you know I've never been athletic and I honestly do not understand the whole push yourself until you drop mindset. I admire people that can do it but I don't get it. Like I said sleep always wins for me and I'm more concerned with not getting injured so I don't push it or take risks.

  4. Pushing it to the limit is awesome! I feel alive and strong afterwards! Injuries happen-I heal. And if I don't heal completely, that's okay too. I can push through that. I think it's my addict tendency-focused in a healthy direction!

  5. Could be and it is good that you can focus through the pain I haven't been about to do that in years. I actually had a pretty high tolerance for pain for a long time and I think that may have led to some of my problems. My rush comes when I push myself academically.

  8. I love lists like this. I wrote some more at http://ironmakeover.blogspot.com/2008/11/you-know-youre-triathlete-when.html.

I hope your training is going well! Good luck and enjoy,
    Sara
