Both but as you know I've never been athletic and I honestly do not understand the whole push yourself until you drop mindset. I admire people that can do it but I don't get it. Like I said sleep always wins for me and I'm more concerned with not getting injured so I don't push it or take risks.
Pushing it to the limit is awesome! I feel alive and strong afterwards! Injuries happen-I heal. And if I don't heal completely, that's okay too. I can push through that. I think it's my addict tendency-focused in a healthy direction!
Could be and it is good that you can focus through the pain I haven't been about to do that in years. I actually had a pretty high tolerance for pain for a long time and I think that may have led to some of my problems. My rush comes when I push myself academically.

Okay it is official I truly do not get it.
Do you not get the list? Or my interest in the sport?

Don't worry, Hei, she doesn't get my cycling either.
I can not begin to comprehend what "push myself academically" might look like for me!
Heck, I'm not even sure I spelled that "A Word" right! :)
I love you sis!
I love lists like this. I wrote some more at http://ironmakeover.blogspot.com/2008/11/you-know-youre-triathlete-when.html.
I hope your training is going well! Good luck and enjoy,
Sara
